A thick, creamy white, sterilized cream extracted from the coconut kernel, which is then Ultra-High-Temperature (UHT) processed and packed aseptically. Available as 24% and 30% of fat content and stable at 4°-30°C due to homogenization.
Uses:
Culinary applications, blending for

Shelf Life:

Once opened, store at 0–4 °C and used within 72 hrs.

This product is made from hygienically grated kernels of Sri Lankan coconut. Each matured, high-quality coconut is handpicked by experts. They are then deshelled, peeled, washed, blanched, and then grated mechanically into fine particles before being frozen to ensure maximum freshness on delivery.

The refined, bleached and deodorised (RBD) coconut oil has a very high smoking point (450°F) which is why it is a widely used ingredient in cooking. The physical refining process of our coconut oil ensures the removal of excess free fatty acids, high colour particles, aroma, impurities and moisture to guarantee a prolonged shelf-life.
