A UHT processed opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of matured coconuts, diluted with coconut water, with fat contents of 18% and 24%. Stable at 4°-30°C due to homogenization.
Culinary applications, blending for manufacturing of baby food, sports drinks, ice cream, yogurt, and confectionaries.
18 months from the date of manufacture.Once opened, store at 0–4 °C and used within 72 hrs.
Ideal temperature is 4–30 °C to ensure safety, quality and stability.
