Coconut cream is a thick, creamy white, sterilized cream extracted from the coconut kernel, which is then Ultra-High-Temperature (UHT) processed and packed aseptically. Available as 24% and 30% of fat content and stable at 4°- 30°C due to homogenization.
Culinary applications, blending for
manufacturing of ice cream, yogurt, and confectionaries.
18 months from the date of manufacture.
Once opened, store at 0–4 °C and used within 72 hrs.
Ideal temperature is 4–30 °C to ensure safety, quality and stability.
