Coconut milk is a UHT processed opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of matured coconuts, with a fat content of 18%. Contains the fresh and natural flavor and aroma of coconut. Smooth, pourable and homogenous. Stable at 4°-30°C due to homogenization.

Once opened, store at 0–4 °C and used within 72 hrs.
