About the Role
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role involves leadership, process optimization, and effective resource management to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Develop and execute production schedules, taking into account resource availability and demand forecasts.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Efficiently allocate personnel, equipment, and materials to meet production goals.
- Develop and manage production budgets, controlling costs and expenditures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in production management, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
Strong knowledge of production management principles, process optimization, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

- Communication: Strong communication skills to convey objectives, expectations, and strategies effectively to teams and stakeholders.
